Today I will describe a case related to a fault in this car Make: PEUGEOT Model: 207 SW 1.4 BZ Chassis: VF3WE8FSC9W113872.

The client complained of these symptoms:

The engine cooling fan is activated and starts even at low ambient temperature and does not switch off. It remains active for a long time even after the car is switched off. As soon as the car is restarted, the fan starts up again immediately.

Engine diagnosis reports 2 error codes :

error p11aa suction pressure and flow

error p2074 suction pressure maximum flow

We checked for abnormal air suction from the CANISTER valve/pipes and the air filter intake.

The solution to the problem was as follows :

We checked whether the engine was sucking air abnormally and found that there was an abnormal flow of air from the oil filler/intake plug into the engine, which was NOT closed properly and was letting air into the engine. After correctly closing the plug, the problem was solved.
