With this philosophy in mind, we have renewed our range of kits for the correct replacement of the timing chain. The chain drive has long been a solution used by major Asian manufacturers and, over the years, has also spread to European manufacturers following the downsizing of engines.

Our range of timing chain replacement kits offers extensive coverage of the European and Asian market for brands including Audi, BMW, FIAT, Mercedes, Mitsubishi, Toyota and VW, to name but a few.

Our chain kits are complete with all the necessary components, such as screws, nuts, oil seals and gaskets, to ensure fast and accurate work. Some kits are available in two configurations: a basic version, which still includes all the elements needed for installation, and a more complete version that includes gears, pads and chains for replacing the oil pump drive. In addition, some kits contain special components that are present in the original equipment but often difficult to find, such as drilled chains or VVT (phase variator) gears.

Quality and durability at the heart of every chain kit

All components of our chain kits are characterised by the use of advanced metallurgical processes that guarantee high and durable performance. To give just one example, the chain links are carbonitrided to increase their surface hardness and resistance to fatigue and wear. The pins are treated with a chrome-vanadium alloy to improve their resistance to corrosion and wear, while the sprocket teeth are hardened through an induction process. In addition, all components undergo rigorous testing and inspection to ensure quality that meets the strictest market standards.

To support the work in the workshop, we also offer technical bulletins complete with descriptions and assembly instructions, which can be accessed via the QR code on the chain kit packaging. In addition to a catalogue dedicated to the composition of each kit, which includes photos, key component data and the OE reference codes. A tool that has proved to be very useful, facilitating the identification of the correct code.
