All workshops are provided with the necessary access credentials to be able to interact in the new digital space.

Here, professionals can - via the appropriate sections - formulate questions to other workshops in the network (BLOG) either directly to the Magneti Marelli technical area (ONLINE REQUESTS).

Experts will respond in two ways: by commenting on the articles posted, but also in real time, using the TECHNICAL CHAT always available.

TECH BLOG SECTIONS

The new Checkstar Tech Blog is divided into several sections. One of these is the BLOG, where you will find the Q&A archives, service info and the latest solved cases, as well as a list of events from the Magneti Marelli world.

The aim is to provide workshops with a single access point for various services and to achieve this, the list of the latest technical, management and marketing training courses from Magneti Marelli Campus has been integrated. The BLOG provides access to the WRITE A POST function, thanks to which professionals can add a question with title, text and attachments. By enhancing the "License Plate" field, moreover, other data relating to the vehicle (Make, Model and Year) will be automatically extracted for better categorisation of the contents, which are easier to search and more detailed.

All faxes that workshops had to send to the Magneti Marelli Call Centre were grouped together and converted into online forms to simplify communication management and orders.

The forms have been optimised and new features have been added: the Call Centre receives an email notification containing the file in pdf format automatically signed by the sender. All forms sent are registered, reducing the risk of errors and simplifying the traceability of communications.
