good morning, i have a problem with toyota rav4 displacement 1995 hp85 engine code1cd ftv from 2002, it does not make it up to 3500 rpm, if you accelerate all the way (as if to send it into over revs) the engine light comes on.

the diesel pump and injectors were tested by the pump specialist, they were all OK the tank was emptied and cleaned.

electrical system check all OK.

debimeter, flute complete with sensor, of a vehicle with the same characteristics were tested in operation.

what other tests can I do? thank you
