From today, in addition to having a preview of the INFOSERVICES generated by the Help Desk, you can directly access the complete database published on the MM Portal. There are about 1000 INFOSERVICES born from the daily experience of the MM Technicians, which can also be accessed from the Magneti Marelli Checkstar Services by typing in your credentials in the reserved area; this precious documentation is in fact one of the exclusive pluses for those who join the MM world.<\/p>\n

Accessing INFOSERVICE through Tech Blog is very simple, here are the steps:<\/p>\n

1. Click on the INFOSERVICE button below:<\/p>\n

2. Enter your credentials for access to INFOSERVICE<\/p>\n

\"Image4\"<\/a><\/p>\n

3. click on the button in the area below<\/p>\n

\"Image2\"<\/a><\/p>\n

4. You will then find yourself in the reserved area called \"Care Info\" where INFOSERVICES are published\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Image3\"<\/a><\/p>\n

You can therefore search within the database for the INFOSERVICE you are interested in, either by \"Free search\", typing in a text recalling the defect found (e.g. Engine does not start), or with a targeted search: \"Select Area and Class\", pressing \"Search\" will give the total amount of information present. If you wish to further reduce the search field, you can enter 'Search by Vehicle Type', 'Make' and 'Model', so that only specific information is extracted.<\/p>\n
