{"id":7771,"date":"2019-11-22T10:26:06","date_gmt":"2019-11-22T09:26:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.checkstar-techblog.it\/?p=7771"},"modified":"2019-11-22T10:26:06","modified_gmt":"2019-11-22T09:26:06","slug":"update-security-pass","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.checkstar-techblog.it\/en\/update-security-pass\/","title":{"rendered":"Security pass update"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The next time you access the Technical information portal to use the security pass, you will have to upgrade your software from version 1.5 to version 1.6 .<\/p>\n<p>The update is necessary in order for the security pass to be recognised and for the final login phase to be correctly closed.<\/p>\n<p>Below we provide the sequence of the update steps, with some cautions to be observed in order for the process to be completed correctly:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>As a preliminary step (before connecting to the FCA site) it may be necessary to temporarily disable your antivirus software; some of them may inhibit the update.<\/li>\n<li>If you now connect to the FCA site, you will be prompted to do the update with the message: 'do you want to update', to which you must answer yes.<\/li>\n<li>The current update situation will now be summarised with evidence <strong>software version:1.5<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7775\" src=\"http:\/\/www.checkstar-techblog.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/security-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"479\" height=\"366\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.checkstar-techblog.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/security-1.jpg 1268w, https:\/\/www.checkstar-techblog.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/security-1-300x229.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.checkstar-techblog.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/security-1-768x587.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.checkstar-techblog.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/security-1-1024x783.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.checkstar-techblog.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/security-1-704x538.jpg 704w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 479px) 100vw, 479px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>4. Then the message 'Waiting for system restart' appears<br \/>\n5. The software will now be updated to version 1.6 and the device will be able to access the portal correctly.<br \/>\n6.
