Today we publish the procedures to be carried out in the event of a battery disconnection<\/p>\n

or in cases of upgrades and\/or replacement of the engine management ecu<\/p>\n

A. Gearbox type learning procedure (only for mechanical gearboxes)<\/span><\/h3>\n

B. Phonics wheel learning procedure <\/span><\/h3>\n

A. LEARNING PROCEDURE TYPE GEARBOX<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Turn the key to MAR.<\/li>\n
  • Depress and release the clutch pedal to full stroke at least twice .<\/li>\n
  • Starting the engine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    B. PHONIC WHEEL LEARNING PROCEDURE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    <\/td>\nThe procedure must be carried out with the engine at operating temperature 90 degrees and with the engine switched <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    petrol and petrol level out of reserve.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    1. Start the engine and check the automatic switchover from petrol to CNG.<\/span>2. Select petrol operation and ensure the switchover from CNG to petrol.<\/span>3. Leave the engine running until the thermal regime is reached (wait for the electric fan to switch on).<\/span>4. Bring the engine up to 6000 rpm, release the throttle and wait for the revs to return to idle.<\/span>5. Repeat operation 4 twice more.<\/span>6. Check that the MIL light is off.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
    <\/td>\nIf, after the 3 accelerations, the MIL indicator continues to flash, repeat step 4 until the MIL indicator goes out.<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    7. When the MIL light has gone out, turn the key to STOP and wait 1 minute.<\/span><\/p>\n

    PLEASE NOTE: Remember that it is necessary to have petrol in the tank. It must not be in reserve .<\/p>\n
