{"id":7161,"date":"2019-05-22T17:40:15","date_gmt":"2019-05-22T15:40:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.checkstar-techblog.it\/citroen-c3-picasso-anomalia-ventola-raffreddamento-motore\/"},"modified":"2024-01-19T12:53:13","modified_gmt":"2024-01-19T11:53:13","slug":"citroen-c3-picasso-anomaly-fan-cooling-engine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.checkstar-techblog.it\/en\/citroen-c3-picasso-anomaly-fan-cooling-engine\/","title":{"rendered":"Citroen C3 Picasso engine cooling fan failure"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>good evening<\/p>\n<p>Today we present the following case of a Citroen C3 Picasso with the engine cooling fan fault always active<\/p>\n<p>Engine code: 5FWEP6 C3 Picasso SH 1.6 petrol with LPG installed after market<\/p>\n<p>Matriculation: 01\/10\/2010<\/p>\n<p>The following error codes were detected in the engine diagnosis :<\/p>\n<p>p0463:fuel level information from bsi open circuit<br \/>\np0562:battery voltage too low<br \/>\np1356 blow loss on cylinders<br \/>\np1340 blow loss cylinder 4<br \/>\np1339 blow loss cylinder 3<br \/>\np11aa:intake manifold pressure signal<br \/>\np2168 mixture regoal too rich<br \/>\np1337 cylinder1 leakage<br \/>\np0420 catalyst ageing<\/p>\n<p>After some testing, the solution was found in a problem of abnormal air intake from the engine oil cap.
