Dear Customers, below is an important communication that you have also received by e-mail, concerning electronic invoicing through Ge.Co.<\/p>\n

To the attention of the Administrative Offices<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are repeating the message for possible misunderstandings because we are still receiving invoices from SDI with different numbering than entered on the fleet portals.<\/p>\n

- the number must be identical in all respects: numbers, letters, special characters (\\;\/;.;-;_; etc.), spaces
\n- the invoice value must be identical (rounding differences of 1 cent are accepted); if the value you find on the portal is not correct before invoicing, write to us or call us to make any alignment, at 800.91.61.11.<\/p>\n

If these conditions are not met we will not be able to pay your invoice or will pay it late<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

I remind you that:
\n- On Ge.Co. from Monday 4 February it is also possible to insert the slash (\/ and \\)
\n- So I remind you that the number (including numbers, letters and special characters) must be identical (i.e. the same without any difference, not even a comma) between what is entered on the portals and what is written on the e-invoice
\n- Use the same numbers, spaces, letters and characters on both documents (fleet portals and electronic invoice): this is essential in order to be able to register invoices and pay them to you
\n- If the e-invoice generates a different numbering from what you entered on the portals (e.g. FT\/DIF\/VEN\/0000191 while on Ge.Co. you only wrote 191) you must first make the e-invoice and then transcribe the exact same string on the portal
\nTo explain if the e-invoice gives you FT\/DIF\/VEN\/0000191, you must enter this as the number on the portal.<\/p>\n

If invoice numbering does not match we will not be able to pay you.<\/strong>
