This happens both when the engine is cold and warm and in diagnosis <strong>no error appears.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In active diagnosis, however, it is not possible to control the ERG valve and, in addition, checking the FAP, a clogging of the 90% is found, despite the car having only 63,000 km.<\/p>\n<p>So you proceed with a forced regeneration and the blockage drops to 26%. But the car still has the initial problem.<\/p>\n<p>Obviously, we recommend checking: intake manifold (any suction or cracks) and cleaning of the same, followed by cleaning of the EGR.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, checking the intake manifold, it was found to be full of sludge, as was the pipe connecting the EGR valve to the manifold: CASE SOLVED \u00a0\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" style=\"margin-left: 3px; margin-right: 3px; vertical-align: middle; -webkit-box-shadow: none; -moz-box-shadow: none; box-shadow: none;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.checkstar-techblog.it\/wp-content\/plugins\/wp-emoji-one\/icons\/1F609.png\" width=\"27\" height=\"27\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Good morning, the following is an interesting case that happened at the Checkstar workshop: CRV Service in Collegno (Turin).
