Hello, this car arrives at the workshop with the engine light on. I do the cancellation and test it on the motorway and on the road it gives me the sensation as if the fap is clogged: I feel it quite dead especially as soon as I take even a slight slope on the motorway.<\/p>\n

I go to check the fap and see that it has been abolished. I realise by testing it that first the glow plug light flashes and already memorises the error and sometimes the engine light comes on and the error is sometimes memorised and sometimes present.<\/p>\n

The error clears it and doesn't pop up right away, but you have to try it enough. We put in a new turbine for testing, but the error popped up again. We tested the sensor that mounts in the wastegate valve with a special tool and it is good. I tried the sensor that mounts in the intake manifold and the sensor that mounts in the intercooler pipe, but still the same fault.<\/p>\n

This morning I got the original ECU file and put it in, I made adjustments like replacing the turbo and replacing various sensors, but the problem is still the same.<\/p>\n

Tests done: overhauled turbine, intake manifold sensor, turbo sensor (mounted in the intercooler pipe), turbo solenoid valve, wastegate valve position sensor, vacuum by-pass valve, air mass meter, original ECU file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
