{"id":20084,"date":"2025-03-06T17:43:47","date_gmt":"2025-03-06T16:43:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.checkstar-techblog.it\/mercedes-s-600-2006-p0300-mancata-accensione\/"},"modified":"2025-03-06T18:04:45","modified_gmt":"2025-03-06T17:04:45","slug":"mercedes-s-600-2006-p0300-mancata-accensione","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.checkstar-techblog.it\/en\/mercedes-s-600-2006-p0300-mancata-accensione\/","title":{"rendered":"2006 MERCEDES-BENZ S-Class 600 - P0300 ignition failure"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Good evening, the car in question has a misfire on the right bank, with error P0300 cutting the signal to all 6 injectors on the bank, resulting in 6 misfires.<br \/>\nBy deleting the errors the car idles at 12 cylinders, giving a little gas it immediately gives me the 7 generic P0300 misfire errors plus misfires on 6 cylinders.<br \/>\nOne parameter that is strange to me is the camshaft position hall sensor, which in real time oscillates between 'signal present' and 'signal implausible'.<br \/>\nChecked with oscilloscope it has both the 5 V ground and the correct signal.<br \/>\nTrying to disconnect the camshaft sensor the car runs on 12 cylinders with only an error P0300 and does not cut the signal to the 6 injectors.<br \/>\nDoes anyone have experience with these cars?
