{"id":1914,"date":"2015-10-22T09:01:17","date_gmt":"2015-10-22T07:01:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.checkstar-techblog.it\/?p=1914"},"modified":"2015-10-22T09:01:17","modified_gmt":"2015-10-22T07:01:17","slug":"new-area-technical-information-checkstar-call-center","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.checkstar-techblog.it\/en\/new-area-technical-information-checkstar-call-center\/","title":{"rendered":"New technical information area Checkstar Call centre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We have the pleasure to inform you that a new technical support called 'Checkstar Call centre' is available in the Checkstar workshop area.<\/p>\n<p>Below is a communication sent to all Checkstar workshops with details:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>We are pleased to inform you that, in order to improve our technical support, a new technical information area called: 'Checkstar Call centre' has been activated.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>In this area, you can find together: the 'Care Info', which is the result of our day-to-day troubleshooting experiences, and the translation of the EOBD codes, so that you have an initial restorative diagnostic support online.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>You will also be able, via an online form, to interact with the Technical Helpdesk operators for in-depth questions that do not require telephone contact.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>In structuring the 'Checkstar Call Centre' area, we wanted to make it easier for you to quickly find the information made available, so you can:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>- Searching for Care Info with free text (Google search engine logic)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>- Finding the latest published care information highlighted<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>- Facilitated filling out of the online form: when the chassis number is entered, the form will be filled in with all the vehicle data<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>To access the 'Checkstar Call Centre' area, simply log in to the Professionals area of our website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.magnetimarelli-checkstar.it\">www.magnetimarelli-checkstar.it<\/a>with the usual credentials: your login for both account and password.
