We inform you that, following an intervention on their systems by FCA, the unlocking of FCA vehicles is again partially possible.<\/p>\n

However, this only concerns users who have unlocked an FCA vehicle before the changeover to the new system (27.07.2023) and who, therefore, are in possession of the old credentials used to access the FCA Technical Information portal.<\/p>\n

In order to unlock the SGW, you must continue to log in to our tools using the old credentials you used before the migration.<\/p>\n

In case the password of the old user has expired or been lost, it can be reset by selecting 'Login with FCA credentials (before migration)' on the Technical Information portal:<\/p>\n

Then select \"Forgot your password?\" and follow the instructions to proceed with the reset:<\/p>\n

In order to be able to purchase and activate new tokens, it is instead necessary to log in to the FCA portal with the new Stellantis credentials obtained at the end of the migration process:<\/p>\n

Finally, please note that there may still be some cases of malfunctioning during the first attempt to unlock; in this case, we recommend making a new attempt after 15 minutes (the password change does not take effect immediately).<\/p>\n

For all new users with only Stellantis credentials, unfortunately, unlocking the SGW is not yet possible; FCA is still working on a solution, but the timing is still being worked out.<\/p>\n
