Unlimited access to technical consultation and information through HELP DESK provided by Marelli Aftermarket Italy S.p.a. with authenticated access to the number 800 916 111 for one year Unlimited access to all web platforms made available by Marelli Aftermarket Italy S.p.a. with authenticated access by user name and password issued to the user by Marelli Aftermarket Italy S.p.a.<br><br>\n\n<strong>(ii) DURATION OF THE CONTRACT<\/strong><br>\nThe contract shall be valid for one year from the date of activation and shall be deemed tacitly renewed from year to year, unless it is terminated by the Customer or by the authorised Marelli Aftermarket Italy S.p.a. distributor of reference (\"Distributor\") to be communicated at least 60 days prior to the annual expiry date at marelli.aftermarketitaly@pec.marelli.com or by registered letter A\/R.<br><br>\n\n<strong>(iii) RENEWAL OF THE RATE<\/strong><br>\nThe renewal of the annual fee is understood as of now. For the years following the first, it is understood as of now that Marelli Aftermarket Italy S.p.a. may apply an increase in the fee up to 10% of its value year on year, and the Customer, by signing this contract, declares as of now that it accepts this update. In the event the increase in the fee exceeds the limit of 10%, the Distributor shall give prior written notice to the Customer at least 90 days prior to the annual expiry date. The costs for the internet connection required to access the service shall be borne by the customer.<br><br>\n\n<strong>(v) INSOLVENCES<\/strong><br>\nThe services referred to in this Agreement may be invoiced alternatively by Marelli Aftermarket Italy S.p.a. or by the relevant Distributor. Should the invoices relating to the payment of the annual fee prove to be even partially unpaid on the agreed due date, the Distributor and Marelli Aftermarket Italy S.p.a. shall be deemed to be free from all contractual obligations, and the supply of each of the services envisaged in this contract shall immediately cease.
