We have added the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.checkstar-techblog.it\/en\/advanced-search\/?searchquery=\">advanced search<\/a><\/strong> to refine the results for more complex requests.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4\">All posts are <strong>tagged<\/strong> and thus <strong>categorised by car brand<\/strong> so that information can be more easily found. Each content hosts a sidebar \"<em>You might also be interested in<\/em>\" with the <strong>related posts<\/strong> in order to quickly display one or more previews of related topics (by title, tag, content or category).<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4\">Also the <strong>categories<\/strong> of the blog have been harmonised:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Questions<\/strong>: the category grouping the posts posted by the workshop network.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Solved cases<\/strong>: all procedures and reports that contributed to solving a problem.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Assistance info<\/strong>: information, technical tips and contributions from the MM help desk.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Events<\/strong>: news, product information, the Checkstar world.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Articles<\/strong>: a new category where notices and special product information will be displayed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"mb-4\">To enter a new question: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.checkstar-techblog.it\/en\/new-question\/\"><strong>https:\/\/www.checkstar-techblog.it\/en\/new-question\/<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nWe recommend that you fill in the new post with all the required information, in particular the <strong>nameplate<\/strong> will automatically retrieve the Make, Model and Year of the vehicle. Please be precise and detailed regarding the field containing the text of the application and\/or the attachments entered.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"fw-bolder fs-5 csmm_letter_spacing csmm_blue_txt\">Forms<\/h4>\n<p class=\"mb-4\">With a view to computerising and digitising processes, and speeding up communications and orders, we have created the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.checkstar-techblog.it\/en\/forms\/\"><strong>new section<\/strong><\/a> with the collection of all forms that were previously sent through traditional methods. The forms have been optimised and grouped and new functionality has been added: the Call Centre will receive an email notification containing the file in pdf format automatically signed by the sender. All submitted forms will be registered and made available later in the user profile area.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"fw-bolder fs-5 csmm_letter_spacing csmm_blue_txt\">Video tutorials<\/h4>\n<p class=\"mb-4\">For easy reference all <a href=\"https:\/\/www.checkstar-techblog.it\/en\/video-tutorial\/\"><strong>video tutorials<\/strong><\/a> have been integrated into the Tech Blog in real time. In this way, video content appears in the search results. Comments can be made directly in the platform or on the <em>YouTube channel<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"fw-bolder fs-5 csmm_letter_spacing csmm_blue_txt\">Password Recovery<\/h4>\n<div class=\"row py-3\"><div class=\"col-md-2\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"w-100\" src=\"https:\/\/www.checkstar-techblog.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/password-dimenticata.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/div><div class=\"col-md-10\">\n<p class=\"mb-4\">With the new Tech Blog configuration, we have added the \"Forgot your password?\" recovery function.
